Map the people, in words
List the roles that can reach the service: account holder, administrators, invited collaborators and support staff where the terms describe their access. You do not need to enter people’s names into this website to ask the right questions.
Read forwarding carefully
If messages can be forwarded, establish where they go and who controls that destination. A second destination may have its own security and retention settings. Turning a feature on is not the same as understanding the whole arrangement.
Keep secrets out of research notes
The comparison worksheet needs service conditions, not message contents. Never put authentication codes, passwords, identity documents or recovery keys into a public enquiry or this local tool. Use the platform’s own supported account-security process.
Plan for access to end
When a collaborator leaves or a project closes, review which permissions should be removed. Check the provider’s documented controls and any independent forwarding destination. Avoid assuming that deleting a local note changes access to a real service.
